| The Dover Landing Development Team has agreed to underwrite the Arts Alive Festival, scheduled for June 20, 2009 in Dover, NH. The Dover Landing Development Team includes • Dickinson Development Corp, • GZA Geo Environmental, Inc. • Sheskey Architects, • Vanasse Hangen Brustlin and • Wyskiel, Boc, Tillinghast and Bolduc, PA. Spearheaded by Dickinson Development Corp., a full-service real estate development firm based in Quincy, Mass., the Team is in the process of redeveloping the historic Dover Landing adjascent to Henry Law Park. The 21-acre mixed-use development on the banks of the Cochecho River is expected to create a ‘ripple effect’ that will stimulate business throughout downtown Dover. Visitors to Arts Alive will find designs, plans and drawings of the upcoming project on display. Foster’s Daily Democrat and Clear Channel Communications are proud to be media sponsors of the Arts Alive Festival. Foster's newspapers , online and special section products reflect the largest penetration of readership and newspaper distribution in the New Hampshire Seacoast, Southern Maine and Lake Region areas, reaching more than 450,000+ readers per week with eight newspaper publications. Foster's Daily Democrat believes that the arts community is vital to the economic and social life throughout the Seacoast area and the Greater Dover region.
