The Dover Landing Development Team has agreed to underwrite the Arts Alive Festival, scheduled for June 28, 2008 in Dover, NH. The Dover Landing Development Team includes • Dickinson Development Corp, • GZA Geo Environmental, Inc. • Sheskey Architects, • Vanasse Hangen Brustlin and • Wyskiel, Boc, Tillinghast and Bolduc, PA. Spearheaded by Dickinson Development Corp., a full-service real estate development firm based in Quincy, Mass., the Team is in the process of redeveloping the historic Dover Landing adjascent to Henry Law Park. The 21-acre mixed-use development on the banks of the Cochecho River is expected to create a ‘ripple effect’ that will stimulate business throughout downtown Dover.
